Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

• New or slightly used items returned within the allowed timeframe

Non-Eligible Returns

• Items intentionally damaged after delivery
• Products returned beyond the 30-day return period
• Items missing essential components or packaging
• Returns sent without prior authorization

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions for sending your package back by mail.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, or the shipping carrier. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, Glorystarsshop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
