Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
within
30 days of delivery.
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items received
- Products significantly different from the product description
- New or slightly used items returned within the allowed timeframe
All returned items must include original packaging, tags,
and accessories whenever possible.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items intentionally damaged after delivery
- Products returned beyond the 30-day return period
- Items missing essential components or packaging
- Returns sent without prior authorization

- The item(s) you want to return
- A short explanation of the issue or request
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and detailed
instructions for sending your package back by mail.

Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate the package,
please first check with household members, neighbors, or the shipping carrier.
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier,
Glorystarsshop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
